InkWell Health is a medical technology startup developing new ways for orthopedic practices to monitor and support patients remotely. We're looking for a Michigan licensed PTA to join our team in a hybrid role combining remote patient care, medical technology, customer support, and product development. This is not a traditional PTA position. Instead of spending your entire day moving from patient to patient, you'll work with patients and healthcare professionals using emerging technology, help clinics successfully adopt our platform, solve real-world problems, and bring what you learn back to our product and R D teams. It's an opportunity to use your clinical background while building experience in digital health, wearable technology, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, and health-tech product development. What You'll Actually Do You'll become one of the people who understands our technology from both the clinical and user perspective.

You'll:

Support patients participating in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring programs throughout their recovery. Work directly with orthopedic clinics, clinicians, and patients to answer questions and solve problems. Onboard and train new clinics, including in-person visits. Troubleshoot device, software, and workflow issues by phone, email, video, and in person. Review patient information and support monthly RTM follow-up workflows. Help manage clinic onboarding, technology kits, and inventory. Identify patterns in user questions and problems and bring that feedback directly to Operations, Product, and R D. Help improve training materials, FAQs, videos, and the overall user experience. Why This Role Is Different Most PTA career paths stay within the traditional clinical environment. This one doesn't. Our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring technology helps orthopedic teams remotely follow patient recovery, creating a more connected experience between patients and their care teams. You'll work with technology such as mobile applications, clinical portals, CRM platforms, Excel, helpdesk systems, Slack, Zoom, and our own technology platform. You don't need to be a programmer. Location:

Hybrid / Remote Candidates should live within approximately 90 minutes of Troy, Michigan for periodic clinic onboarding, training, product support, and team activities. The position offers schedule flexibility while requiring availability to support patients and clinical customers when needed.

Compensation:

$26.00 to $29.00 per hour , depending on experience, clinical background, and technical aptitude.
