Answers, screens and directs telephone calls in a polite and professional manner. Receives orders from referral sources and maintains log of referrals. Communicates new referrals/reoccurring deliveries to Logistics Manager for scheduling customer set up. Coordinates all customer information and establishes customer records while ensuring all information and records are current and complete. Monitors and records customer, physician and referral source communications. Notifies appropriate personnel of a particular service or response. Ensures all qualifying documentation is received prior to delivery. Completes insurance verifications in a timely and accurate manner. Works suspended revenue on a daily basis and assists with inventory as requested. Processes over-the-counter cash transactions and performs end-of-the-day cash account balancing. Develops and maintains knowledge of home care products and services offered by the company and all applicable insurance guidelines regarding eligibility for coverage and reimbursement.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Previous medical office or HME industry experience preferred. Valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance required.
