What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and obtain required authorizations. Complete new patient registration and intake processes. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs. Collect copayments, deductibles, and other applicable over-the-counter payments. Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information. Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient patient flow. Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the clinic. Additional Job Description What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy clinic environment. Professional, compassionate, and welcoming demeanor.
