Location Maury Regional Medical Plaza 854 James Campbell Blvd. W PrimeCare Clinic, Suite 301 Columbia, TN 38401 Shift Full Time Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Job Summary Responsible for all office duties; greeting, directing and scheduling patients and visitors; registration information including financial data; receiving cash payments/receipts, enters charges as appropriate; uses EHR to communicate effectively and has excellent communication skills in all venues. Responsibilities Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and insurance information. Verify insurance eligibility and communicate patient financial responsibilities. Collect and post patient payments, copays, and outstanding balances; reconcile daily transactions. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in person and by phone. Maintain accurate EHR documentation and facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff. Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard confidential patient information.
