Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and medical receptionist roles, with knowledge of medical office , As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with software systems such EMR
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
