Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and medical receptionist roles, with knowledge of medical office , As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Duties:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
  • Familiarity with software systems such EMR
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
