Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details. Ensure compliance with health information management standards. • Skills Strong background in a medical office environment is preferred. Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Proficient in computerized systems. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.
