Job Description
Reporting directly to the Voter Registration Supervisor, responsible for administrative duties related to voter records, voter registration, and the election process. Processes voter registration applications and performs data entry duties including cancelling, entering, and updating voter information Processes incomplete or rejected voter registration applications Processes mailing notices to voter regarding incomplete or rejected voter registration applications Process required notices to voters and coordinates mailing of notices, as needed Communicates frequently via telephone, e-mail, and in person with poll workers and the general public Serves as a primary contact for the election Judge's hotline and assists with complex issues from elections judges and staff Assists during election with elections-specific tasks Cross-trains with office staff in other areas to ensure continuity of departmental operations Attends all meetings and trainings, as required Performs special duties as assigned
