Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations, from patient check in, treatment plan presentation, insurance coordination, payment intake, scheduling, to patient check out Provide concierge level patient experience, with kindness and attention Handle patient inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional manner Ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance claim processing Traits we are looking for: Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!) Impeccable organization skills and detail oriented Consistency in cleanliness, timeliness and service Mastery in insurance, billing, payments and scheduling Strong leadership skills Qualifications Experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting Technology savvy CPR and BLS certified
Tentative Schedule:
Monday 7:15 AM
  • 4 PM Wednesday 7:15 AM
  • 4 PM Thursday 7:15 AM
  • 4 PM Friday 7:15 AM
  • 3 PM (430 PM once a month)
