Your goals and objectives include:
Provides supervision of clinical services consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital. Act as a working manager and provides group and individual therapy sessions. Direct team planning, discharge planning, case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services. Oversee day-to-day operations of staff and patient therapy programs. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for outpatient behavioral health programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs. Supervise clinical staff, including therapists, social workers, case managers, and support personnel, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. Oversee patient intake processes, assessments, and treatment planning to ensure comprehensive and individualized care delivery. Manage clinical operations related to group therapy sessions, individual counseling, family interventions, and specialized therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, ICD
coding standards (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and documentation requirements within electronic health records (EHR/EHR management). Lead crisis intervention efforts and crisis management protocols to provide immediate support for patients experiencing mental health or behavioral crises. Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate integrated care for individuals with co-occurring disorders, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. Promote culturally competent care by working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and engaging families in treatment processes. Oversee quality assurance initiatives, data collection for clinical research or program evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes. Your Qualifications and Requirements will include: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy
REQUIRED
Five to eight years' experience in an inpatient behavioral hospital setting. Must have a valid/active clinical license in Utah. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention. Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah licensure. Experience working with adolescents preferred 21 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
