We are seeking a Patient Support Tech, to provide rehab assistance to our highly skilled team of Clinicians. The Patient Support Tech will perform direct and indirect patient care as assigned by a licensed Clinician. We currently have an opportunity available in Hampton, VA. Some Team Member Benefits
  • Hourly pay of $17
  • $19 per hour Part Time 20
  • 28 hours per week Learn and grow skills in the field of Rehab Medicine. Gain experience by working with a professional team of skilled Clinicians. This is a great position for students and other job seekers that are striving to accrue experience in the medical field. Some responsibilities
  • Assist clinicians with set up of patient exercises Monitor treatment under direct supervision of licensed Clinicians Apply physician ordered therapies, obtain vital signs and provide accurate patient documentation Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff Be able to cross train to provide backup for other teammates including coverage for the front desk.
Some requirements
  • High School or higher level of education Be available to work Monday
  • Friday some shifts starting at 8 AM and some shifts ending at 6 PM, each week.
( No weekends) CPR certified preferred Owning a personal vehicle is needed for on time transportation to and from the clinic location. Fluent English/Spanish is a plus. Some Rehab and/or patient care experience is preferred, nut not required. If you are a Team Player, can bring enthusiasm, motivation and a willingness to learn, training will be provided. Part Time position is also available ; 28 Hours per week, full company benefits are not included for part time.
