Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist! We are looking for someone with availability on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (24 hours per week). We're a vibrant, patient-focused naturopathic primary care clinic nestled in the heart of Stowe, Vermont. Our mission is to provide integrative primary care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients—and we're looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are hoping for someone with Tuesday and Wednesday availabililty, but that may be flexible depending on a variety of factors. What You'll Do Be the first friendly face patients see. Greet them warmly and ensure their check-in/check-out experience is smooth and stress-free. Answer phone calls with a smile, assist with inquiries, and efficiently schedule appointments. Accurately collect and maintain patient information while ensuring confidentiality. Collaborate with our dynamic team to deliver the exceptional care we're known for. What We're Looking For A people person : Customer service experience with a genuine commitment to creating great experiences for patients. Organized & detail-oriented : You thrive in a busy environment and keep everything running smoothly. Medical office savvy : Experience in a healthcare setting or familiarity with EMR systems is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person!
