Position:
Intake Coordinator As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in our client onboarding process. This position is ideal for those with a strong sales or customer service background who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and online inquiries from potential clients Gather and enter essential case details into our case management system Assess case details to determine eligibility for legal representation Provide potential clients with information about their legal options Schedule remote appointments and facilitate client retention Assist in reviewing legal documents and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Experience (Preferred but not required): 1 year in a call center, sales, or customer service role
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
