Who has strong customer service skills and possibly possessing leadership experience working front office for a dental practice centrally located in the Federal Way area, and possibly bilingual speaking Spanish to work with one dentist, two hygienists, another front office receptionist and two dental assistants. Who preferably has a few years of experience; however, we are willing to train an individual who learns quickly, that can break down dental insurance benefits and productively schedule patients as well as know how to utilize their time efficiently throughout their day. This individual must be looking for a position consisting of 4 days a week and seeking a long-term commitment as well as be a team player and knows or learns their job very well. The dental software is Dentrix and very user friendly. A background check will be required before any hiring process is complete however, a working interview will be set in place to assess an individual's skill level. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. and one Saturday per month half a day. Sent from my iPhone Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services Qualifications Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills Preferably Bi-Lingual in Spanish
