to 509-737-1400 Duties include but are not limited to: Responsibilities could include but are not limited to: Schedule patient appointments Checking in and out patients Collecting co-pays and posting patient payments Processing new patient intake forms Reminder calls for all next day new patients Filing Recall appointments Managing patient flow Managing multi-line phone system Email, fax, data entry Assisting the doctor during treatments Preparing patients for rehab Charting encounters between doctor and patient Handing incoming and outgoing referrals Benefits 4 DAY

to 509-737-1400 Qualifications & Skills High school diploma/GED required Medical office experience a plus Professional and courteous disposition Excellent communication and time management skills 2+ years' administrative experience Experience with Chirotouch a plus Applicants must also be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills are essential Bilingual preferred
