Patient Care Call Center Rep:

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PATIENT CARE CALL CENTER REP
Working 4 days per week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude throughout the day Answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, and directing calls to the correct person/department Promptly responding to emails, faxes, and live chats Maintaining our calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Following sales script training to save cancelled appointments and maintain high retention rates Accurately processing payments Resolving patient issues, answering questions, and promoting products and contests when appropriate Providing fantastic customer service and making a positive impression of our office
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
HAS... Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude Collaborative team spirit Strong communication and problem-solving skills Time management and task prioritization abilities Solid work ethic and self-motivation to succeed Desire to learn more and grow in the field Genuine passion for helping others and elevating the patient experience High school degree or equivalent Ability to sit for extended periods and speak over the phone Call center or customer service experience would be great but isn't required for this entry-level role. Bilingual communication skills would be a bonus!
