Join Adecco's client's dynamic food manufacturing team in Sumner, WA, as a Food Production Technician and contribute to delivering high-quality, delicious food products! Shift Details:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30PM Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to established recipes and quality standards. Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure product integrity. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets. Assist with packaging, warehouse duties, dishwashing, and order fulfillment. Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to achieve production goals.Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and a proactive team player. Eagerness to learn new skills and cross-train across production areas. Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and uphold high safety standards. Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending and reaching.Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing. Knowledge of USDA standards or existing food safety certifications. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Adaptability to changing work schedules, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with USDA guidelines.
