Job Description

Fort HealthCare is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties. We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Reception team.

This individual is the first contact visitors have with Fort Healthcare. Excellent customer service is needed to handle a variety of situations promptly and efficiently. This position will enhance the Patient Experience.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Greets all visitors and patients to Fort Healthcare with a smile and friendly demeanor. Provides additional hospitality as needed including helping to call for rides, providing directions and assisting Partners. Assists visitors with their needs, including class registration and patient room access/directions. Maintains Lost and Found. Contacts owners to recover found items. Provides backup coverage support to Switchboard. Promotes seamless care to the patient by communicating effectively the RESPECT values with staff, patients and providers.
Requirements of this position include:
High School Diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience required Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to use Windows programs
