Role Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients Administer treatments such as aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and ventilator support Monitor patient progress and document interventions, reporting changes promptly Perform diagnostic procedures, including arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing Educate patients and families about equipment use and respiratory health Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes Adhere strictly to safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and best practices This position offers the chance to utilize your expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment while making a tangible difference in patients' lives.
