Responsibilities Proactively manage and advance sales/interactions to meet quarterly targets. Utilize CRM to track pipelines, forecast opportunities, and update milestones. Engage with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and deliver outcomes. Prepare and present progress reports to leadership on performance and pipeline status. Deliver timely, accurate updates on activities and results to ensure measurable outcomes. Adhere to contract terms, confidentiality, and compliance requirements in all activities. Analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities in assigned territory. Demonstrate strong learning mindset; pursue certifications or training aligned with role. Represent the company professionally in on-site engagements with clients or partners. Develop and refine personal KPI plans to drive self-improvement and merit-based growth. Proactively request feedback and adjust approaches to maximize impact in the role. Collaborate on the development of go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
