Ensure high-quality, safe, compliant, and efficient respiratory care while supporting staff development and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage Respiratory Therapy teams, staffing, workflows, and daily operations. Oversee inpatient respiratory care for adult patients and Level

III NICU.

Implement clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hospital requirements. Monitor quality, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance. Lead process improvement and resolve complex patient and service issues. Develop, coach, and support Respiratory Therapy staff. Manage resources, equipment, supplies, budgets, and staffing needs. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care. Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum
• 3 years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management experience
• in a hospital environment; supervisory-only experience does not qualify.
• Experience with
