Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

$191,000 - $222,000/year Job Summary Lead Respiratory Therapy operations , staff , and patient care services in a hospital environment . Ensure high-quality, safe, compliant, and efficient respiratory care while supporting staff development and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage Respiratory Therapy teams, staffing, workflows, and daily operations. Oversee inpatient respiratory care for adult patients and Level
III NICU.
Implement clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hospital requirements. Monitor quality, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance. Lead process improvement and resolve complex patient and service issues. Develop, coach, and support Respiratory Therapy staff. Manage resources, equipment, supplies, budgets, and staffing needs. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care. Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management experience
  • in a hospital environment; supervisory-only experience does not qualify.
