Night Shift Differential:

Perform therapeutic, diagnostic, and mechanical respiratory procedures.
Administer:
Oxygen therapy Therapeutic respiratory treatments Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) collection and analysis Ventilator management Airway management Deliver respiratory support from emergency intervention through recovery. Perform respiratory procedures in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards. Maintain competency in all assigned respiratory care modalities. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Document treatments and patient responses accurately and thoroughly. Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy required. Bachelor's Degree required only for candidates performing Technical Consultant duties. Certifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Basic Life Support (BLS) ACLS, PALS, and NRP as required based on patient population or specialty Licensure Active Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist License required.
