New Grads Welcome! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized respiratory therapy services to patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of respiratory therapy practices and be committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Duties Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation management. Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Conduct diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and blood gas analyses to assess patient respiratory status. Qualifications Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Proven experience in respiratory therapy within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members. $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.
