About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at an inpatient facility in Florida, with call required as part of the assignment. Coverage dates are November 27, 28, and 29, and December 24, 25, and 26. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients, along with performance of critical care interventions including intubations, central line placement, and arterial line placement. The multidisciplinary support team includes nursing, respiratory therapy, and additional clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care throughout each shift.
