Schedule:

Night shifts Three 12-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with proven experience Valid state licensure as a respiratory care practitioner BLS certification (additional advanced certifications a plus) Proficient in acute and critical care respiratory therapy modalities Strong communication and patient assessment abilities Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including ventilator management, airway clearance therapies, and oxygen administration Perform assessments, document progress, and tailor therapy plans according to physician orders Respond swiftly to emergent respiratory situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families about respiratory health, procedures, and equipment Maintain accurate records and uphold all compliance, safety, and infection control standards Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve the best patient outcomes Why consider this contract role?
