Location:

This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

• Respiratory Therapist
• is responsible for providing guidance to condition management members to help make positive lifestyle changes to improve respiratory health.
• How you will make an impact:
• + Collaborates with other health professionals to improve the health of members. + Provides instructions to members on the use of inhalers, breathing techniques, Bipaps, and peak flow meters, as well as prevention techniques to reduce medical issues. + Coaches members to make positive health changes with specialized health education focused on Asthma and COPD population.

• Minimum Requirements:

• + Requires AS in Respiratory Therapy and minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. + Current Respiratory Care Professional license required. + NBRC credentialing required. + American Association of Respiratory Care registration required.

• Preferred Experiences, Skills and Capabilities:

• + BA/BS preferred. + Telephonic experience strongly preferred. + Experience with DME strongly preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary
