Job Summary:

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in Park Ridge, Illinois. This position involves providing respiratory care services to pediatric and adult patients across various units including NICU, PICU, general care floors, and Peds Emergency Room. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality respiratory support in a busy hospital environment.

Park Ridge, IL Schedule:

Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), at least 1 year of relevant experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience with pediatric patients, invasive and non-invasive ventilation including Servo ventilator and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), airway clearance techniques, aerosol delivery, high flow devices, familiarity with EPIC charting system and Pyxis medication dispensing system.
