Up to $5,000 Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care to patients at Salina Regional Health Center. The therapist will independently perform respiratory care procedures, assess patient needs, administer prescribed treatments, and evaluate patient responses. Key Responsibilities Interpret physician orders and assess patients' respiratory needs. Perform prescribed respiratory care procedures. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment. Perform invasive respiratory procedures with minimal supervision when required. Provide respiratory care in patient units and critical care areas. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and workload. Provide recommendations to the clinical team regarding respiratory care. Requirements Associate Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program

• Required. Current Kansas Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure
• Required. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
• Required. 1 year of Respiratory Care experience
• Preferred.
