AM Hours:
36 hours/week Job Summary Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Shreveport, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care experience and be comfortable supporting high-risk deliveries, NICU/PICU, ICU, ED, and Stepdown environments. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience Must have completed at least one previous 13-week travel assignment NBRC accreditation required RRT preferred; CRT accepted Active Louisiana Respiratory Therapy license required BLS required NRP required ACLS and PALS preferred Valid driver's license required High-risk delivery experience required Experience supporting Level
III NICU/PICU
preferred Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations Manage airways, mechanical ventilation, and non-invasive ventilation Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal intubation when required Perform ABG puncture and analysis Respond to Code Blue and rapid-response situations Administer inhaled medications, including nitric oxide Provide tracheostomy and complex airway management Care for patients with COPD, CHF, pneumonia, ARDS, COVID, stroke, ALS, cancer, post-CABG, and transplant conditions Float between multiple nearby campuses as required Participate in approximately 2 call shifts per month Document patient care using Meditech Expanse Equipment Experience Servo U / Servo I Trilogy
