Qualifications:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligibility) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital-based respiratory care experience Proficiency in diverse respiratory modalities and ventilator management Strong communication and teamwork skills

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of varying acuity, from neonates to adults Manage, monitor, and adjust life-supporting equipment and therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families regarding respiratory conditions, treatments, and home care Maintain thorough and accurate patient records Uphold safety, infection control, and hospital policy standards
