Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; scheduling details provided during interview
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures for patients of all ages Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and nurses Operate complex respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery devices Monitor, document, and report patient progress promptly Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy interventions and at-home care Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Valid Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Recent experience in hospital-based respiratory care preferred Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced clinical environments
