A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. General Summary:
Join our team as a Respiratory Care Manager, providing operational and clinical leadership for respiratory care services. You will oversee daily operations, including staffing, productivity, workflow, and quality, while ensuring the delivery of safe, consistent, and patient-centered respiratory care. In this role, you will lead and develop respiratory care staff, oversee respiratory equipment and supplies, support staff education and competency, monitor operational performance and drive process improvements. You will also serve as a clinical resource and collaborate across teams to support regulatory compliance, service excellence, and continuity of care. We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable leader who communicates effectively, maintains high standards, and is comfortable leading in a growing and evolving home care environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, Respiratory Care, or a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience in respiratory care services. Current state-specific Respiratory Care Practitioner license. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or STABLE certification, where applicable .
Salary Range:
Minimum $41.88/hour - Maximum $73.31/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
