With a supportive team of 14-16 Respiratory Therapists, you'll have opportunities to expand your knowledge, learn new equipment, and collaborate with a variety of specialties, all while benefiting from diverse leadership approaches and best practices. This role ensures you continuously build a robust and impressive professional portfolio.
Schedule/Hours:
7 AM - 7:30 PM 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekend hours as scheduledCall Requirement:
2 hours for the oncoming shiftQualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 3+ years' experience - teaching hospital & level 1 trauma exposure required Acute care experience with adults, pediatrics, NICU/PICU, and ED BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP for NICU strongly preferred Experience with ventilators and respiratory support equipment (Drager, Hamilton, Respironics, Trilogy, Airvo, Vapotherm)Responsibilities:
Float between adult, pediatric, NICU/PICU, and ED units per assignment needs Assess, monitor, and deliver high-quality respiratory care across varied patient populations Collaborate as an integral team player and demonstrate adaptable communication Use EPIC for documentation and coordination of careBenefits & Perks:
