We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our growing healthcare team in Rochester Hills, MI . What You'll Do Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions. Administer respiratory therapies, oxygen treatments, aerosol medications, and airway management. Operate and monitor ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment. Perform diagnostic testing including pulse oximetry, arterial blood gases, and pulmonary function assessments. Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in rapid response and code situations. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, medications, and home care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient documentation while following hospital policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Wisconsin Respiratory Care License (or eligibility to obtain). Current BLS certification required. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering compassionate patient care. Why Join Our Team? $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
