Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including mechanical ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP therapy, high-flow nasal cannula, and oxygen therapy. Monitor, evaluate, and adjust ventilator settings based on patient assessments, arterial blood gases (ABGs), and physician directives. Assist with airway management procedures such as intubation, suctioning, surfactant administration, and inhaled nitric oxide therapy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized respiratory support plans, particularly for critically ill patients. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy. Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Shift & Schedule:

Night shift: Three 12-hour shifts per week
