Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active respiratory care license in the state, or eligibility to obtain prior to start Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of one year's experience in acute care or hospital setting Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific shift details provided upon interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across varying acuity levels Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including ventilator management, arterial blood gas sampling, and airway care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapies and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
