EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required:

Associate Degree in Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy from an approved school of respiratory care technology. Registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRT will have 3 months to obtain RRT). Thorough knowledge of procedures and techniques applicable to respiratory care gained through acute care experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Candidate must demonstrate organizational, communications and leadership skills, through charge therapist experience for at least 1 year. BLS certification required; renewal required bi-annually. NRP certification. Possess a valid NC Respiratory Care License.

RRT in Respiratory Therapy.
