Schedule/Hours:
Floating required based on regional needs—may work at Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, and additional regional facilities Remain on the clock if required to float mid-shift Qualifications /
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist Valid NC Respiratory Care license (RRT or CRT)
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
(Resource Team requirements) Experience with Critical Care, CVICU, NICU, ED, progressive care, and floor therapies Comfortable working with advanced equipment: EPIC EMR, Servo ventilators, Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, bubble cpap Adaptable to floating between facilities, always within the scope of practice Strong team skills and commitment to a culture of collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized respiratory care to diverse adult and NICU populations Utilize cutting-edge respiratory technology and maintain up-to-date documentation Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
