Required Qualifications:

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification Active state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist Experience with a range of respiratory care modalities and equipment Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary settings

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions Administer oxygen, medication, and aerosol therapies as prescribed Monitor and adjust ventilator support, responding promptly to patient needs Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments Accurately document care, therapies, and patient responses Adhere to infection control and safety standards throughout care delivery
