BLS, RRT, OH
State License (must be active and in hand at time of sub. Pending not accepted) A copy of the high school diploma or official high school transcripts must be provided during the compliance process.
Parking Options WMC Monthly Permit:

WB Annual Permit:
•/year, paid upfront. Includes 24/7 West Campus surface parking and shuttle service. Garage access is available on weekends and holidays.
CXS Annual Permit:
•/year, paid upfront. Includes 24/7 Buckeye CX and West Campus surface parking. Garage access is available on weekends and holidays. Purchase permits at osu.campusparc.com.
Refunds:
Annual permits may qualify for a prorated refund for unused future months. Current and prior months are not refundable. To request a refund, complete the CampusParc Return Request Form or visit a CampusParc Customer Care Center. Refund checks typically take 3-5 weeks. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next month s charge.
