Their team focuses on helping patients breathe easier and live more comfortably by delivering reliable clinical support, quality equipment, and personalized education.

They are looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed respiratory care professional who enjoys working directly with patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate and professional respiratory care to patients in their homes and/or care settings.

Educate patients and their families on respiratory equipment, therapies, and proper usage.

Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory and medical equipment.

Assess patient needs and provide appropriate respiratory therapy support.

Coordinate with healthcare providers, referral sources, patients, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure all required records are completed in a timely manner.

Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, safety, and company standards.

Maintain equipment and supplies in accordance with established procedures.

Provide excellent customer service while treating patients and families with dignity, empathy, and respect.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

Travel to patient locations as required by the role.

RequirementsCurrent Respiratory Therapist license in the applicable state.

Appropriate respiratory therapy credentials/certification as required for the position.

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to meet the insurance requirements associated with the position, including:

Auto insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000.Personal liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $6,000,000 aggregate.
