Qualifications:
Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Current license to practice in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum of one year of acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy experience Proficiency with advanced respiratory care modalities and equipment Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care across a range of patient populations Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and diagnostic tests Monitor ventilators and other life support equipment Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Accurately document treatments, assessments, and patient progress Provide patient education and support to families regarding respiratory care plans
