Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent education/ experience. Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider PALS
• American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. National Provider NRP
• American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
