How You'll Lead:

Oversee the daily operations of our respiratory services, ensuring top-tier care for residents with diverse pulmonary needs.

Your Qualifications:

Credentialed Pro:

Current Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and NBRC credentials (RRT preferred).

Experienced Leader:

A background in a hospital or SNF setting, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or "charge" role.

Problem Solver:

You remain calm under pressure and can think on your feet in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Communication Ace:
