Current and valid credentials as a Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required Demonstrated skill in administering respiratory care procedures and assessments Strong understanding of ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities Dedication to patient safety, comfort, and ethical standardsResponsibilities:
Perform all modalities of respiratory therapy, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory disorders Operate, monitor, and adjust various types of respiratory equipment (ventilators, oxygen devices, etc.) Collaborate efficiently with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide coordinated care Participate in rapid response and code blue teams as necessary Document all therapies and interventions accurately and promptly in patient records Educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments and best practices Adhere to facility protocols, health regulations, and infection control precautions This opportunity provides an engaging, supportive atmosphere focused on delivering the highest standards of respiratory care.
