LL BLK 400
Primary Purpose Provides assistance to therapist and leadership to support staff to enhance the patient healing process, recovery and return to independence.MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Must have two years of experience in a rehabilitative or healthcare setting. Equivalent Education and/or Experience
- May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute the experience requirements.
Certification/Registration/Licensure:
- Must have a current Heartsaver CPR course completion card within 90 days of hire and/or placement in job from one of the following: oAmerican Heart Association oAmerican Red Cross oMilitary Training Network.
Skills or Special Abilities:
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to utilize required software for assigned department.
- Must be able to demonstrate patient valued/patient centered care.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in meeting age related and handicapped patients' needs.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of treatment equipment.
- Must be familiar with hospital environment.
