$28-$34/hour We're hiring a Respiratory Therapist to manage respiratory treatments and work alongside the clinical team to support residents with oxygen needs, breathing treatments, and tracheostomy care. You'll be working closely with nursing throughout the day, communicating changes in respiratory status, and contributing to care planning as residents' needs change. What this role looks like Working directly with nursing staff across shifts Communicating changes and helping guide next steps Participating in care planning and clinical discussions Supporting both short-term rehab and long-term residents Staying involved with residents over time, not just one-time treatments How this role supports care The team having clear direction when respiratory needs change Faster response to changes because communication is consistent Residents receiving more coordinated care across disciplines Respiratory care being managed as part of the full clinical picture What you'll be responsible for Overseeing respiratory care throughout the building Assessing residents and identifying changes in respiratory status Managing oxygen, breathing treatments, and respiratory equipment Supporting residents with chronic respiratory conditions and tracheostomy care Collaborating with nursing and the interdisciplinary team on care planning Serving as a resource for respiratory-related questions and support What we are looking for Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Texas (RRT or CRT) Experience with chronic respiratory conditions, oxygen management, and trach care preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team If you're looking for a role where you're part of the team managing care day to day, we should connect.
