This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced respiratory care professional ready to combine their clinical expertise with leadership and program management responsibilities. The Vent Program Manager will oversee the facility's ventilator program, support high-quality respiratory care, and provide leadership to respiratory therapy staff. Management experience is required, and candidates must be Respiratory Therapists. • 100,000 annual salary Monday-Friday schedule 40 hours per week No weekend rotation Leadership opportunity within a specialized transitional care environment Opportunity to oversee and develop a ventilator management program while remaining closely connected to clinical respiratory care Key Responsibilities As Vent Program Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the facility's respiratory and ventilator program.

Responsibilities may include:

Oversee the day-to-day operation and clinical quality of the ventilator management program Provide leadership, direction, and support to Respiratory Therapy staff Help develop, implement, and maintain respiratory care and ventilator management protocols Support the care and management of ventilator-dependent and tracheostomy patients Provide clinical expertise for complex respiratory and ventilator cases Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Support ventilator weaning and respiratory care planning Monitor patient outcomes and identify opportunities for quality improvement Help ensure respiratory equipment, ventilators, and related systems are appropriately maintained and utilized Provide education and clinical guidance to staff regarding respiratory care, ventilator management, and emergency interventions Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Candidates must meet both of the following requirements : Respiratory Therapist (RT) Previous healthcare management or respiratory therapy management experience Candidates should also possess strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation, respiratory care, airway management, and ventilator-dependent patient populations. Preferred Background Candidates should have previous experience in areas such as: Respiratory Therapy leadership or management Ventilator program management Mechanical ventilation Critical care/ICU Long-term acute care (LTACH) Transitional care Skilled nursing or complex respiratory care Ventilator weaning and tracheostomy management Compensation $90,000
