Job Description

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Respiratory Therapist, full time, night shift. We will consider Registered and Certified Respiratory Therapists. Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Qualified Candidates! Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time Qualified Candidates! Experienced and New Graduates May Qualify! Relocation & Moving Allowance available to candidates outside of geographic area. Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is a 276-bed acute care facility offering speciali zed, tertiary services. SVBGH has Magnet Status , serves as the region's only Level III Trauma Center and is home to Sentara Heart Center , which is the portal to a sophisticated array of quality cardiac services with outcomes that surpass national standards. SVBGH is also one of only ten Advanced Primary Stroke Centers in Virginia certified by the Joint Commission. Other clinical services at this facility include Palliative Care Program , the Coastal Cancer Center , Diabetes Center , Orthopedics , Accredited Sleep Disorders Center, and an Inpatient Rehab Unit. Education Associates or Bachelor's degree required. Non degreed applicants with RRT credentials prior to January 1, 2006 and graduates from a military RT program with RRT credentials will also be considered. required at time of hire. For new graduates only, must have State license and BLS at time of hire, and must obtain

within 6 months of hire date. Experience None required 1 year Respiratory Care experience preferred
