Schedule:

3x12 hour night shifts per week Rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Valid and unrestricted state respiratory care practitioner license BLS certification; ACLS preferred Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care services in accordance with established protocols Assess, monitor, and document patients responses to therapy, making timely recommendations for care adjustments Operate and maintain ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient care delivery Educate patients and their families on respiratory procedures and best practices for disease management Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including rapid response and code situations Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with facility standards and confidentiality regulations This position offers the chance to deliver exceptional care in a supportive clinical environment while gaining exposure to a diverse patient population.
