12s and 8s) Typical shifts: 0630-1500 or 0630-1900 Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert-level care to NICU and critical-care patients Float to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and various units as needed based on census; maintain flexibility across facility locations Accurately document patient progress in EPIC (current within last 12 months) Adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional care at all times

Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) with active WI RRT license Minimum 3 years respiratory therapy experience, including NICU ACLS and BLS certifications (required upon application) Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and strong social skills Proficiency in emergency and critical care Covid-19 vaccination required (exemptions considered)
